We are Jeanette & Joanna Liu—the second generation of Yueh Tung. Almost 40 years ago, our parents, Mei and Michael Liu, recognized the absence of Hakka cuisine in Toronto. They shaped the city's flavour pallette by introducing dishes like chili chicken and Manchurian chicken. Now, we are carrying our family legacy forward with community building and cultural renewal.
